Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled until they are shipped.
How to Cancel: If your order has been paid and you wish to cancel or modify it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order or upon receiving our confirmation call.
Note: Once packaging and shipping have started, orders cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund or replacement in the following cases:
1. Non-Delivery:
If you do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time of 15 days (excluding 2-5 days for processing) and you have paid in advance.
2. Incorrect or Faulty Product:
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please inform us within 48 hours via call, WhatsApp, Facebook, or email.
Refund Process
1. Return Requirement:
To qualify for a refund, you must return the product to our warehouse in Karachi at your own expense.
2. Refund Method:
Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all components intact. For items like wooden puzzles, the plastic wrap must remain intact.

Reverse delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
